Program of the II Russian-Indian Youth Forum, which takes place in the Altai State Pedagogical University from November 27 to 30, continued the work of the sections in the following areas: cultural cooperation, cooperation in the field of education, youth tourism and entrepreneurship. Representatives of scientific community, public organizations, business organisations, young entrepreneurs, teachers of higher education, students of Altai universities – AltSPU (Altai State pedagogical University), ASU (Altai State University), ASMU (Altai State Medical University) – took part in the work of the sections.
Before the start of the Working Session on “Cooperation in the humanitarian sphere and education” guests met with the Altai Regional Universal Scientific Library named after V.Y. Shishkov. Visit to the reading room, book depositories and thematic exhibitions was organized by the Library administration for the forum participants and delegates.
At the section, the representatives of the youth of the two countries discussed the specifics of the educational activities of Russia and India and the opportunities that are opened for students and graduates of educational institutions.
Participants of the forum paid attention to the issues of activation of students’ interest in the study of national languages and folk culture, as well as the creation of conditions for the development of youth tourism and the prospects for cooperation in this area: “Our university and the BRICS International Forum have the opportunity to create joint integrated tourism programs, in which will participate, including students studying in the Pedagogical University on direction “Tourism”, – said the lecturer of the Department of historical, cultural, heritage and Tourism of the AltSPU Vitaliy Aleksandrovich Skopa.
The second section “Entrepreneurship and cooperation in the field of science and innovation” was held in the Altai Business Incubator, a place where small businesses are supported and encouraged at the initial stage of their activities and implementing their projects into the business environment.
The work of the round table was devoted to the organization of mutually beneficial and mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of science and innovation between Russia and India. The prospects of interaction between the youth of the Altai Territory and India in the development of entrepreneurship were told by the manager of the Altai Regional Export Support Center of the Altai Business Incubator R. S. Moskvitina: “India is among the top ten partners of the Altai Territory, the priority areas are the export of machinery and equipment, timber, metal and agricultural products. The center has all the conditions for supporting the young entrepreneur. ”
The Altai Business Center works with residents – beginning entrepreneurs, who at the initial stage need support and assistance. Residents shared their experience of work with the center, demonstrated their projects to the guests and presented their products.
The project devoted to application development was presented by the guest of the forum, the general director of the company “Niqauo LTD” Aarien Uday Areti.
The active speaker at the round table was the director of the Center for International Programs of the All-Russian Public Organization “Russian Union of Youth” A.S. Yezhov, who, as an example of successful business cooperation between the Altai Territory and a foreign state, he brought Russian-Chinese relations.
Today, the participants of the II Russian-Indian Youth Forum will visit the objects of the tourist cluster “Barnaul – the mining city” and meet with representatives of the administration of the city of Barnaul.
